Since its founding in 1980, Lawyers Title Agency of Licking County, Inc. has been locally owned and operated by the law firm of Reese, Pyle, Drake and Meyer, P.L.L. The agency is licensed by the State of Ohio, Department of Insurance to issue policies for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation of Richmond, Virginia and for First American Title Insurance Company, two of the largest title insurance underwriters in the nation. The agency is housed in a lovely Victorian house that was built in 1869, which has become the agency’s logo.

Deena Seaton	Closer/Processor.  Deena joined Lawyers Title in 2007 and has been in the industry for 10 years.  Deena closes both commercial and residential deals and processes title and escrow for commercial closings. She is a title agent and notary public.
Jeanne Kahrig	Closer/Processor.  Jeanne joined Lawyers Title in 2005 and has been in the business for over 24 years.  Jeanne closes most of the residential deals and processes title and escrow for both residential and commercial deals, Jeanne is also a notary public.
Shelly Hill	Processor: Shelly has been with Lawyers Title since 2001.  She processes title and escrow closings for residential deals.
Steve Parks	Abstractor: Steve has been in the industry since 1977 and joined Lawyers Title in 1987.  Steve is well known as the best title searcher in Licking County.
Vernell Wood	Abstractor: Vernell is one of the most experienced abstractors in Licking County.  She has been searching titles since 1962 and joined Lawyers Title in 1982.
Jessica Fields	Order Entry: Jessica has been in the business for over 6 years.  She moved here recently from Colorado and joined Lawyers Title at the end of 2005.
